For wording choices and customization of standard designs, please provide me with contact details and I will be in touch as soon as possible to discuss your requirement.

With the bespoke service the design fee is payable before any samples are produced and a written quote will be produced for a subsequent order.

You are under no obligation to proceed but the design fee is redeemable against the order if you do.

Wedding Stationery orders of £50 or under are payable at the time of order. If over £50 a non-refundable* deposit of 50% is required at the time of order with the balance payable on completion, prior to delivery.

Your order will be despatched as soon as possible after completion and payment. Parts of a large order (e.g. Invites) can be supplied seperately from others (e.g. Place cards). Payment will be due on each part of the order as it is completed and prior to despatch.

A minimum of 5 weeks is required for production of wedding stationery but if you can give me more notice it is always appreciated!

If changes are made to an order in progress this may incur extra costs & delay delivery

We can take no responsibility for loss or damage to goods once they leave our possession unless recorded delivery is used as this is guaranteed, insured and traceable.

Make a note of the card reference as you browse the galleries and include this with the other required information on the order form.

The cards are made to order & despatched once full payment has been received. I endevour to send greetings cards within 2 days of order.

Delivery will be by first class mail for small packages and charged at 60p per card. For larger packages please contact me for pricing information.

*(Orders cancelled within 7 days will receive a full refund, after this time no orders will be refunded)
